The UK Youth Network is open to all and currently stands at more than 8,000 youth organisations and nation partners, collectively reaching 4.1 million young people. Our mission is to work as a nationwide network to deliver innovative youth services, grow effective practice and campaign to increase support for youth work.
We work with Changemakers, people and organisations at the heart of the UK Youth Network, who can join for free. UK Youth provides free support, training and networking opportunities to empower them to achieve our collective aims.
The largest national youth work organisation in Scotland, supporting 66,000 young people, 1,450 youth groups and over 8,200 youth workers. Youth Scotland has been around since the early 20th century and has a diverse membership network – from small rural youth groups to large urban projects. The common goal that we all share is better outcomes for young people.
Youth Cymru is a major youth work charity operating within the whole of Wales.
Until June 7th 2003 we were known as the Welsh Association of Youth Clubs (WAYC).
The WAYC can trace its history back to the Cardiff and District Federation of Girls Clubs, which was formed in 1934. This means that Youth Cymru has been serving the needs of young people in Wales for over 83 years.
