The UK Youth – Cost of Living Fund delivered with generous support from the Pears Foundation, was a £5 million, three-year unrestricted grant fund provided initially to 184 youth organisations across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The aim of the fund was to ensure that youth organisations could continue to offer high quality youth work to young people during a challenging economic climate. The Cost-of-Living Fund has provided much needed financial stability to small youth organisations (with an annual income of less than £500,000 per year) during this time, ensuring they offer a range of quality youth work provision that continues to develop young people’s social and emotional skills.

Targeting organisations with an annual income under £500,000 and supporting young people aged 8-25, the fund also offered tailored support through workshops, training, and communities of best practice.
