A special electric bike is set to go under the hammer tonight in aid of UK Youth.
The Nigel Mansell celebrity e-bike – complete with UK Youth branding – will be auctioned at UK Youth’s sold-out audience with the Formula 1 legend tonight.
The bike – which retails for £2,995 – has been donated by D&D Electric and is among of host of amazing items up for grabs, including an all-inclusive stay for two people on a private Caribbean island, a number of food and dining experiences, short breaks and a range of signed memorabilia, featuring such names as Lewis Hamilton, John Travolta, Eric Cantona and, of course, UK Youth president Nigel. Nigel is the latest celebrity to launch a charity range of ebikes with the Surrey-based firm, joining illustrious names such as fellow F1 icon Eddie Jordan, England rugby legend Simon Shaw, former football manager Harry Redknapp and Olympian Sir Mo Farah.

Nigel’s ebikes – complete with his signature and iconic ‘red 5’ number from his days at Williams – will be sold online at celebrityebikes.com and at fundraising events, with a proportion of each sale donated to UK Youth.
Nigel said: “UK Youth is a lifeline for many young people across the UK and by partnering with other organisations, like D&D Electric, we’re able to create a stronger network of support and expand our fundraising events.”
